I can unda stand why alot of bay mf's didnt touch down in the Bahamas. Shit looks like its far away from America, but actually, its only 60 miles from where I'm at (Delray Bch, florida). Every so-called R&B HipHop station down here was there reppin. then again, its only a hour trip to Nassau for us...on a crop dusta. I heard cats were doing some serious moves with the networking thing. Furthermore, you wouldnt believe it, but cats on the Island bump bay shit. B=legit gets much play over there. Here he's shit alot on the bahama radio.

yup. if nothing else, what it does is help bay area rap get "cool". hipsters across the nation are basically the people who listen to the newest of the new shit, and what they like often becomes popular after they like it. they "break" it so to speak. they definitely helped break houston rap. other genres that are on that level of "cool" right now are grime (british rave/rap music from the ghetto), baile funk (brazillian 808 bass beats from the slums or 'favelas') and baltimore house (pure club repetitive music, again, from the ghetto) im trying to get hyphy music on that same pedestal.

Yeah, Golden Mean was most definitely part of the Hip Hop Summit. Danny meant artists tough, and had Jacka not had obligations he would have been there. Golden Mean Management everywhere, you better believe were gonna be working everywhere. Just cause we dont talk about doesnt mean we aint doing our job..
