Too many artists are puttin too much emphasis on "The Bay Is Back" or "I/We bringin the bay back" (actually sayin this shit in the songs). That shit sounds corny. Just make good records.

^^I agree that that idea is gonna be played out, if it isnt already...I'm starting to think that maybe the idea of the bay being gone was a fallacy created by the bay itself...

Real talk! About the Bay being "back"--IMHO, the Bay never WENT anywhere to begin with. Just because you're not getting mainstream attention does NOT mean that you're "dead" or "played-out", it just means that you're not getting mainstream attention. And like I always say, sales in the millions do not automatically mean that you're better than those not selling in the millions...a lot of times, it just means you're getting better promotion and more exposure. With any music, dope is dope, and wack is wack.
