i took advice from some of you lastime i posted about jury duty back in january.. i didnt go, they sent me some shit saying i didnt go and to call them a couple months back.. like february or march. And today they sent me another note saying this is the 2nd notice theyve had to send me.. theyre saying if i dont respond theyre going to fine me, jail time, or both. Anyone call bullshit?

i mean they cant prove shit? i did go my first time like a year ago i havent gone anymore tho.

unfortunately they can prove you did have the mail delivered to your house (serial on all letters/packages) but you could have dropped it on the way to the house....down the sewer...on accident obviously
