maybe becase wayne is from new orleans... and Katrina almost hit there....
and Juelz is from NY where the twin towers were destroyed... and since the twin toweres were bombed on Sept. 11... they put that first since it happened before hurricane katrina.... so from 9/11 to Katrina represents 2 catastrophes that happened in each of their cities..

still, i'd hope with a title like that, they at least get a lil political on a track or 2.
