It meanz "kickin back being cool". Bloodz replace the letter "C" or the letter "K" with the letter "B" a lot. A Crip may say "kickin kacc ceing cool" which meanz the sme thing. I waz raized around gang bangerz so I picked up on the Blood/Crip culture, slang & entire mannerism when I waz growing up.
