man, y'all trippin'.

that book has ALOT of useful info in it mane. It has radio and retail contacts in it. Granted, some might be outdated now, but if you're really trying to get your shit out there, then the book is a good place to start lookin' and networkin'. It's basically up to the ARTIST and the team behind it, to make the projects a success. If you're thinking that a book can "magically" get you a recording deal, then there is NOTHING this book, or any other book that is going to help you out, because you are a frigggin' idiot. LMAO. I think what my man NONSTOP was tryin' to say was, that the book is meant to INSPIRE and stimulate the entrepreneur, not give you a free ride to a contract. The book shows you where JT came from (personally and artistically), whom and what he dealt with, plus lots of inside scoop on the industry. I don't know what y'all thought you were going to get, but it was obviously more then you got.

LMAO.

as far as JT bein' washed up....I don't know too many washed up cats that are made CEOs of record labels. With JPrince's financial backing, JT is still going to make a lot of noise. JPrince wouldn't just give that bread and control to just anyone, he knows JT's resume. They BOTH have been doin' the independant thang for a while, so look out for that collabo.

I have the manual. I bought it from the StreetShow back in the day as well. Good read. A bill is steep though. JT still gets my support.

I got one for free when they first came out. $100, is a pretty penny to spend on a manual, to me, but tha shit is benoficial if u dont have any game. Even if you do, there are some useful contacts that u might not have. I guess he charged so much because Shemp designed the whole thing and I know that wasnt cheap. It was put together real well though. You might not like tha way Fig conducts business, but you gotta respect tha hustle.

Ya'll don't know nuthin about bein a hustla if you think JT has done a good job at it. Ask anyone who has done business with him, I bet you they won't do it again. He burns his bridges with everyone and a real business person will not have one good word to say about it him. Ya'll on here dickridin' like he a boss and shit, but I bet you aint never had no dealins' with him, at least buisness dealins'.

Then somebody said he's a millionaire.......yeah fuckin right, before he sold the Game's album he didn't have shit....I know I was around him. The money that he got from that album is gone probably on coke and other bullshit. And as far as that manual if you do your own research you could find the same information.

So before ya'll get up on here protecting a so called "Bay Area Legend" know what ya'll talking about. He aint no legend that nigga is a disgrace.

Your first post and you came out the gate hating on JT The Bigga Figga. What did he do to you man? And me personally I never had any dealings with the man.
I just respect some of the moves he's made that's all.

I read these posts all the time but I just had to respond to this one, that's why it's my first post.

I am far from hating and I'm not gone go into detail about my dealins' with the man, all I'm sayin is he's an unofficial dude and to see people on here dickridin' just gives me a reason to respond. You know what, why would expect ya'll to know ya'll are just fans with no clue.

Im not trying to argue with whoever you are but your comment was straight up hating. You said something like he " he prolly spent that money on coke". That's a point blank hater comment. I mean even if he did spend the money on coke who gives a fuck? That's his perogative right. It's obvious he must have done something to you because seems like you're upset with him about something.
