JT when is the seminar going to be in san jose area... j/k...Ive said it before and ill say it again I think you got one of the best business minds in the game, youre a true entrepreneur, and for those who dont know thats the risktaker and for that JT is getting his money. I didnt read every single post but most of the ones i did where either hating on you, i dont know why but i could take a wild guess and say its because your eating right in front of there face and they want to shit on your hustle and try and stop your cash flow. And thats koo that you aint going out and spending all your money on fancy spaceships cause it aint what your driving its what your driving home to. Here's the deal.. There's countless wanna-be rappers, producers, record label ceo's, etc. 99% of which don't understand this business, or business period, well enough to make the money to pay for their studio time, equipment, or business license.
JT on the other hand has mastered the art of selling crap while making you feel good about it, kinda like the As Seen On TV of rap. It's gotta frustrate the cats who can't make enough to pay a months rent in their apartment while JT is paying a house note off bullshit. He keeps telling people, it's all about your hustle and that's 100% right! If somebody was stupid enough to buy a turd, JT would have one for sale.

I ain't knockin' you man, don't have a heart-attack. I'm glad you found your niche. Making an honest living is better then selling drugs to kids or whatever else. Let's be truthful about what you're selling though... You aren't going to teach anyone how to make a platinum selling album because you've never done it. Or have a #1 hit. Or create a record label that generates $1,000,000+/year in revenue. You sell them the idea that they have potential if they take your advice and run with it. Nothing wrong with that. If you can trick people into believing in themselves, or that they're getting a good deal then super! Hopefully it will work for them. Your products will be judged though homie. Sometimes by cats like me who are successful too, and doing just fine financially.
I called you the As Seen On TV of rap in my previous post... Sometimes you come across a product that's useful and I'm sure the same is true for your catalog. For example, I doubt your CEO manual (or whatever) is going to turn anyone into a real CEO but maybe you gave a couple little gems away in there somewhere and gems are never crap.
And last, quit throwing the "hater" card around like you don't know what it means. I'm not bashing you, hoping your crap doesn't sell, or that you do bad and are a failure at life. I gave you a compliment when I said if someone was stupid enough to buy a turd, you'd have one for sale. It means you understand there's a sucker born every minute and have figured out how to capitalize on that. There's a lot of companies that sell bullshit but they still make millions of dollars doing it. That's more then most people can say for themselves.
