You downloaded it and installed it right? And you get the error when you open it up? How fast is your internet? Sometimes it freezes up and loads on me and I got pretty good internet so I'm guessing if your internet is slower it will take longer to load, etc. Try waiting a little... or post in the forum on joost for help.

i fixed it, found it what was wrong with it.

i got a slow ass pc, and i have to close all of my other programs to get it to work.
