just saw king of da burbz myspace and hes got all these new tracks that to me sound like any other mainstream rappers tracks.

hes been in magazines and shit and it looks like hes probably gonna release an album. i also read on there hes got a BA in politics and a minor in journalism from UC santa cruz (i knew as retarded as he sounded, that he had some form of education).

so do you guys think hell be a success in the business? can you see a jb video on bet, mtv? or maybe just have a decent underground following? or you think hell be a complete flop (kinda like k-fed)? would it be cause hes white, cause hes been on a reality tv show (it wont be cause he sucks, because plenty of peope with no skill make it big)?

John Brown has been around for a long time. I have actually done some writing with him on some pretty good projects in the past that will be dropping soon. As a matter of fact he had the talent to land him on a national tv show and gain alot more fans so I think he is doing well for himself and doing his own brand of music instead of stepping out on what's popular like alot of folks are doing.

He did seem a lil gay on the last episode... i looked at his myspace and "the ghetto revival" had alot of people in the group, so who was the guy with the tight pants????

But I do think he was raw... his lyrics were better then Shamrock, but he didnt have that "wow" factor

His lyrics and wordplay was good on the show. I would consider places like Redwood City and Petaluma the Burbs myself but there are muthafuckas in each of those places that go for hard asses.

if im not wrong, NORE n his folks str8 killed the whole dinner cuz they were bo-bo, but then on his page he has the screen shot of them @ dinner on the show. maybe that was just hollywood magic makin it look like that?
