^exactly. All these guys saying "he ain't gonna play" don't realize what else the move is gonna do.

ESPN was saying how Torre will most likely bring Mattingly with him, and that those guys are great at bridging the gap between young players and old players. Also, the Dodgers ability to then lure A-Rod is not a far-fetched idea.

Dago is bigger then SF.... Dago is far from small

sf is a larger market than san diego. also the team GIANTS have a bigger fan base nationally that does the Padres who are only known/follewed locally
