said he tried to get in the player's heads and get to know Coach K and after watching everything, thought Raiders would be 8-8 and is now thinking they can do better than 8-8.

He said that he sees the O-line making lots of holes for Rhodes and Jordan, defense solid, good coach and good paced practices.

Hilarious- When he asked Coach Kiffin if he could practice with the team, Coach Kiffin came "hard" at him and said, "for the practice squad, ya."

I'm a Raider fan homie, but we all know that Jerry is seeing things a little biased since he played with us toward the end of his career. What do you expect him to say? I mean, seriously my nigg. Realistically I see us winning 5 or 6 games, maybe 7 at the most. We were bad last year folks, real bad. I have faith in my team and I show it by actually showing up to the games, but I also don't walk around with Homervision turned on.

Everyone is going to do their part with the exception of Kwame Harris LOL, but if Alex Smith can show that he can lead a team which is why the niners drafter him for, expect a playoff team. Gore will be great, Vernon will be great, the Defense will be great, the WR are set and ready to go. The lift off is now pending on Alex Smith.
