Jaz-O is an OG BK rapper from the late 80's/early 90's... he was jay-z's mentor he taught jay how to rhyme/flow... he was on jay-z's "originator 99" (jigga what jigga who track) he was one of the 1st if not the originator of the rapid fire tongue twisting style ppl use today. alot of jay's flows/rhymes were a result from Jaz. too bad they had a fallout around 2000/2001 if im correct.
