Recently, a Spice 1 and Jayo Felony collabo album called "Criminal Intent" was released through a label called High Octane. Everybody was shocked about the low quality on the songs, the voices sounded weird, and the record was flooded with odd guest appearances.

Jayo Felony sent us a statement to put out there, so everybody can know that this album is not supported by Jayo Felony or Spice 1.

This is from a conversation with Lorenzo Green-Eyes and Jayo Felony. Jayo Felony wants all his fans and supporters to know this album is not official in anyway. "Jayo and Spice 1 would never do business with any wack record labels like high octane, or lames that go by Shawn Goddie or Shawn Underwood FUCC”EM".

"These mothafuckas aint real. Bitches like Shawn from high octane will always be hangin from nuts cuzz. This nigga is a leech wit no real cash that will always be feedin from the bottom. Real niggas knocc this nigga out if he tries for the top feel me?

Don’t cop this shit record. It was never mixed or mastered you can hear that. I would never spit vocals wit wacc ass rappers like that. If you wanna call these niggas rappers cuzz they far from it. These niggas is soundin real elementary, tryin to get stardom off me and spice.

The real album is on its way out and it goes by the title “Mobb Affiliated” from Epidemic Entertainment. Thats the bidness! Everything else is 100 % Fake. I got real Love for the real niggas that keep it real and have always been their for me.

I’m comin wit some heat for ya in May, I’m shootin for May 1st my official mix-tape will be coming out titled “Time Is Money”. I redid Renegade and The Takeover from Jay-z album, I did Candy from Snoops, did Game’s shit that Kanye did, I got The Watcher by Dre, Jim Jones “Ballin”, the list goes on. This mix-tape goes hard wit it and it’s 100 % me wit no features! My nigga NIC BEAM is the D.J. on the mixtape. where he at? cause i got a lot of unanswered ?'s. and it aint all about i wanna hurt dude either. from what i do know he was taken advantage of and made a victim believing what he was getting was masters when all he got was vocals on a cdr. you cant do much wit that but put out a shit album. Any experienced label owner would know you need more then a burnt cdr of vocals. as far as all that shit you was saying. the vocals where all garbage including yours. as an artist you made a bad decision letting a no talent label (sean) not mix and master that piece. if i was rappin you can believe my shit is gonna sound hood wit it. instead it made you sound horrible. and as far as a debut for yourself goes you have damaged that by your bad decision. i understand you was probably hyped to be able to be featured on the same album as spice and jayo and maybe you even paid to get on the album and got ripped off, but i dont be getting star struck like that its all bidness for me. who knows maybe you was like a lot of these other members around here, believing it was all a legit album. as an artist i would be all in sean's shit for fuckin off that one. but he had no idea who he was going up against. he does now! shits pulled and deleted.

As far as star stuck, you over ya head homie, I been doing this. I'm One of Sacramento pioneers, the ghetto spokesman straight from the streets of South Sac, no poddle, just A real G-parway savage. A nigga from the hood with spitem'z. I'm running my own shit P.S.C.H.O. ENT. Learn About it. I been doing this out the trunks across sac & the bay & Northen Cali. So I can't damage my creadability. I'm out their pushing, I ain't da one to tute my own horn but i'm real reptiable so when you say it' was all vocals were garbage Includding Me you should be a lil more clear. Cause if your saying the lyrics was garbage then you adressing me. & as far as I know this ain't about me & you, unless you make it that. But if this yo shit is yours & if you got it pulled It probally is, I don't care I didn't put the money up to put it out. As far as where shawn is I don't know that man like that, if a nigga got a project & the beats is slappin like they was, from what I heard I'm gone spit it. but on the real the beats that I am on The beats aren't my favorites it's was just was open.
