No you're misunderstanding the song. Raided actually likes eminem, too, even though his content is a little off the wall sometimes. He is saying on this song that the rap industry is prejudice against white boys rapping, and that unless you're Eminem, even if you're good, you can't get any respect in the industry. He's sayin that people would be askin why he signed a white boy to his label, until they heard C-Dubb flow then they'd be like damn where did he find that white boy!
