You guys are crazy..

All the songs are helllllla tight...I like the 'new' style. Kinda reminds me of the Diplomats CD, which has similar beats but the flows were shit. The beats on this are on point, the Jack's flows are still catchy, and it does sound like something that'd be on the radio, which is a GOOD thing, IMO. If we want the Bay to blow up, artists need to bring more shit like this to the table.

I got the first 8 tracks of this shit too- of course I like it....

But when I slapped it at a party damn near every one was hating...

#4 and #7 are the classics

#5 is the super slap though
"I hit the block high, make the song cry, I, got the eyes of a snake never blink never cry, I, only move weight so i can live one time, I'm a real nigga you can hear it in my rhymes"

If Bay artists started putting shit out like these 5 songs all the time, I probably wouldn't listen to rap anymore.
I'm not someone who hates east coast music just because it gets all the airplay, I hate east coast music because of how it sounds. And these Jacka songs sound just like pathetic attemps to sound New York.
My problem with songs like this is that the Bay area rappers are never gonna blow up if they don't have are own style. If ripping off New York style is how you think the bay is gonna blow up then I think your wrong. Down South didn't get famous by sounding like everyone else on the radio, they did their own thing. People around here still like the mob style music, but for the most part the Bay will accept anything as long as it's original, or different in someway. These 5 Jacka songs sound no more then new yorks sloppy leftovers

I'm not hatin I'm just saying my opinion, I'm sure you guys are right that the rest of the cd is better but I'm just going by the promo songs.

that is just jacka's style,he is original,if he wasnt he would be doing all the same gangsta shit everybody does but he aint trying to sound east coast,he has had the same sound since he first started, with the commercial sounding beats and all.i hate east coast shit too,but i wouldnt put jacka into that category.i think this cd is knock and if he gets radio play even better,i would much rather here this so called"fake east coast rap" ANYDAY over the shit they play on the radio today.
