speaking of JT The Bigga Figga, can anyone give me some info on the "Dank Or Dope" tape he came out with. does anyone have a cover or tracklist, and when was this released? '91?

oh yeah i also have another question, this might be a stupid question, but im not from California and have never been there so i dont know, but why did JT The Bigga Figga come out with tapes called "Straight Outta Oakland" and "Straight Outta Oaktown" when he is from San Francisco? is Oakland in San Francicsco or something?

naw oakland is its own city, but is part of the bay area. jt networks with cats from all over so he probably got some cats from oakland together to make a album

It was a Jt Presents thing named Bay Collisions - From The "O" To The "Sco"...

That tape dropped in 1992 i believe...

i was talkin about the MC Twelve Guage tapes. people were sayin that was him under a different name before JT The Bigga Figga, but how could it be him if those tapes were called "Straight Outta Oakland" and "Straight Outta Oaktown"?

I have the Dank or Dope on cdr but I'm still looking for the og tape. The tracklisting I got for it is:
1. It's on the move
2. Me and my nigga
3. Victim of the Vapz
4. Gangsta Groove
5. The Bigga Figga
6. Dank or Dope

If anyone can verify this tracklisting to be true post it up please.
some the versions of those sound different than the songs on Don't stop till we Major. As far as MC 12 Guage I think he was only being compared to him as in how he always released albums with recycled songs. They're 2 different dudes.

By the way I'mma go pick up that new JT, sounds like it's gonna be a tight cd.

and look on that old bay tapes thread, its somewhere in there, i know theres a lot of pages, but people were sayin that was JT The Bigga Figga under his first name, same thing with the MC XII Guage & The Hit Squad.

They were only being compared. The thing they were saying was he was the 1st "JT" cause he recycled his album tracks like 10 times.....
