They're called Los Vaquetones Del Hyphy (jai-fi as they note)

I took a photo.

I even found a youtube video on google.

is there a tiny tiny portion of blacks that listen to chicano music? sure.

So just because some chicanos use the word hyphy (and with music that has no correlation to bay areas hyphy) doesn't mean your culture has a big effect on chicanos, because it doesnt.
