Back to original subject...What yuk said isn't hypocritical, on nuthin to a boss he was stating that the west is still slappin, in the interview he's saying that there has been a decline in the west since Pac passed. That's like me gettin shot, if my defences is up and I'm talking to people who want to see me in pain, I'mma be like "that shit was nuthin, I didn't feel shit". Later on a friend ask me, i'll be like "that shit hurts like a muthafucka!!!" Everybody human, if that makes you a hypocrite then damn near everybody is one.

he's making two different points, in the song he's saying that the west coast is still hard as fuck (as it always was) and in the article he's talking about how the west coast fell off in the national spotlight...
but bravo sherlock, you cracked the case of the rapper who may or may not be contradicting himself. if you want your cookie, reach up your ass and pull it out.

Its true he contradicted himself, but everyone does at one point or another. Example: Mac Dre.

"Some of these niggaz is gay, they switch hit." - C.U.T./T.H.O.A.T., 2004
"I switch hit and play with both mits." - Feelin Myself, 2004

We all know he pulled hella bitches.
the phrase "switch hit" is used in two totally different contexts - one of my favorite things about MD. not really a contradiction if its a different context....call me a nit pickin bastard but its wateva

In that song he's refering to himself and how he's still doin thangs, but in the ozone interview he's refering to the west coast overall not just him or the bay everyone as a whole. the bay did fall off so did he compared to his luniz cd, but he still making big money. in the song hes hyping himself and the interview hes talking about how its nice to that the bay as a whole is getting some spotlight again
real talk.. and It seems like hes sayin the westcoast didnt fall off talent wise since pac died, in that song. But in the interview hes talking more about how people stopped paying attention the bay after pac died even tho talent wise we was still doin it we just didnt get no fuckin recognition cuz other areas were shinnin

Aight, when you play Godzilla track #3 (Nothin' to a Boss) you hear Yukmouth sayin' these exact words in the beginning:
Haha...I can't believe you niggaz
You can't be serious
You really thought since 'Pac died the West coast fell the fuck off, huh?
You thought since Dre ain't made a album, we flopped?
Fuck that shit nigga!

& then after reading this article from that one thread.........

YOU ASK YOURSELF? WHAT THE FUCK IS YUK TALKIN' ABOUT!?!? nigga is a fuckin' hypocrite. I remember seeing his promotion commericals on t.v and hear him saying those words. I was like yeah! The west coast didn't fall off after Pac died YUK, that's real talk! But now, I'm reading this article and I'm like....wait, didn't you say.....???

Here's the link to the article if you don't get my drift. http://www.smokealotrecords.com/images/ozonemag1.jpg

I mean, YUK the type with a loud mouthpiece just yappin' this and that. But what can you believe after reading an article like this and being already familiar with YUK's intro words to Nothin' to a Boss. Pretty soon, YUK gonna do another interview and start talkin' about how Gonzoe is his main man and how Gonzoe never left the Regime. Yuk is my favorite Bay artist, but now, I'm just looking at him as another hypocritical rapper like everyone else. Yadidamean to that shit.
You pay way tooooooo much attention homie. You pretty much did a research and shit.
