This is a 2 parter!!
I am an advocate of the Westcoast i luv every part of it and I respect what the vets have done for the west in the past. That being said, do you think the heavy hitters need to be easy and play the background a lil bit so new talent can shine? Im not by any means saying that they should dissapear, I'm just asking, is it time for them to play the background so new talent can blow? New generations of emcees have emegerged from every region of the country except the west. These days when you think of NY you can name 10 different new and dope emcees like Jae Millz, Juelz, Cassidy etc. In the south you got Slim Thug, Zero, Jeezy, etc. Midwest you got Kanye, Bump J etc. but when people think of the west they still say Snoop and Dre. People might say the Game but he is an extention of Dre. We have plenty of ill emcees From the bay on down to dego, but the only ones that have moved major units have been "Aftermath" affiliated. Is this a twisted theory what do you think?
Part 2, What do you think about this track (honest opinions only mayne)?
So Bucc by K.O. featuring Lil C
Produced by K.O. for ONE8ONE6 INC.
