the bay is not back YET but IS on a fast come up. the bay will be "back" when other bay rappers get major deals and do good in cd sales. shit should pop off real soon though with all these labels lookin at the bay again.

2 me it seems like they just talk about OakTown and dont really even say the

As a region, the Bay is back. We are getting dumb ass attention from all angles.. 40 isn't back imo.. His sales are really bad and I honestly think that he just doesn't have a whole lot of fans. As for the Bay Area, I think this region is on fire now though.
