I think personally that the main reason that the bay isn't bein felt on a mainstream level is that niggas simply don't know what our rappers are talkin about or catchin on to what they say. We have our own unique culture that the average person would not understand or know about unless they have visited more than downtown SF in the bay. It is no doubt that we have a vocab that most of these game goofy niggas knockin the bay can't catch on to. We are the capitol of slang and comin from the bay I can pick on slang from newhere, with no problems so I can't understand these niggas who don't pick up easily on our slang. Secondly we have rappers like Keak, E40, and Killa Tay who people say either rap too fast or raspy. To the untuned ear of a game goofy nigga it may be hard to understand. Is this agreeably at least part of the reason we are not being respected nationwide in the bay as far as rap is concerned.
