if i'm not mistaken its from "sometimes"..
all of his freestyles are written except the phone tap freestyle cuz i never heard it on any song but i may be wrong..

and yes... tech is not a freestyle rapper.. he did freestyles but they were written.. the beat is different and thats why it is still called a freestyle.. and again i might be wrong..
