Sac has been considered part of the Bay RAP scene, but geographically speaking, it isn't part of the Bay.......St. Louis is seen as the South in many circles because of historical reasons that stem from the post Missouri Compromise.......I won't bore you with the details....they are readily accessible online at a few reputable places

People in Sac been gettin hyphy for a few years now. I hear people say hyphy all the time for a longass time now. Sac aint a part of the bay but we a part of northern cali as far as progress goes.
