He can. But his company is so damn greedy. The only version of Windows I have ever bought was XP. I always bought my shit bootlegged.

Windows is dumbed down for the computer illiterate person. Take a person who has used Windows and put them on Mac OS. You actually have to have a brain to use a Mac. Mac OS is the idea platform for somebody who wants a more stable OS and somebody who works on music and movies.

There's an app you can download that will add something to your registry, and it will pass Windows Genuine Advantage if you're on a bootleg version. I haven't tested it yet though. I never bootlegged an OS.

Probably just Microsoft Products like Office and Mediaplayer 11 and stuff like that ...
