no its not wrong to laugh at that and no i wouldnt hit a foot passed blunt from him

one of the kids on the block growing up had no arms and we all called him arthur noarms. he seemed to accept and respond to the name with no prob...but hes probably an alcoholic or something now. shit he may even be this mac tay guy...kinda looks like him...at least in the being black and having no arms part. and his aunt was in a wheelchair always rolling up and down the street and her name was "aunty precious." being a kid was fun

but whyd that guy just drop money on mac tays dick? is that the type of stroke mac tay has on the streets?
