Thats funny, cus they both have THE SAME PRODUCER.
From my knowledge, atleast I think I'm right, Mike Mosley did the production for the Cosmic Slop Shop album, I think Rick Rock did a few tracks here and there. I may be wrong though.

yeah but they was lackin in production.
Rick Rock, Mike Mosley or whoever did the production for the Cosmic Slop Shop album put it down. The production on that was real good, in my opinion.
But about The Federation. The first album was listenable, but after about 2 months I couldn't listen to it anymore. The "Hyphy Movement" was saturating the radio with too much of the same shit and most of it was coming from The Federation (plus F.A.B. & The Team). The few tracks they dropped from the new album that was suppose to had been being released were okay at best. They were not showing any kind of versitility. A full album of the same shit is old after a while, especially "hyphy music". For those who said Cosmic Slop Shop was better than The Federation, I agree. But at the same time they are two completely different style groups. They had more of a message in most of the songs on the album, where The Federation is just about partying and "going dumb" with the exception of one or two songs on the first album. In conclusion, The Federation is dead right now. They might be able to pull something out, but they'd want to do it before the hyphy shit dies out, because honestly, I don't know think they can do anything else (maybe Donnie if he takes it back to what he was speaking about during his Cosmic Slop Shop days). Just my opinion.
