iPod videos.....

ive got a question about iPod videos....just downloaded my first one; The Pack - Vans....and i opened it up on my computer, but theres no sound. all my MP3s and other vids work.....is this normal? or should there be sound? or is there only sound when its played on my iPod?

edit...forgot to add...its .mp4 format....

i know if you try to view the file before its down downloading it can fuck it up so if you did that, it might be the problem
