Heres another question...does anyone know of a program or app that will find MORE album covers than just using the "Get Artwork" feature in iTunes? Or is there a way to import your own artwork onto there? Out of 1300+ albums, i am missing about a 1/3 of the covers still. Hook me up!

HIGHLIGHT THE ALBUM AND DRAG THE PIC IN THERE. I THINK IF U HIT EDIT THE INFO, THERES A SQUARE SOMEWHERE TO DRAG IT IN TOO
This is good info about how to the same pic for all the songs of the same helpful. Highlight them all, and hit Edit>Info like he said, and you will be able to drag the pic into the artwork box.

IFYM - i've looked for programs and found it easier to just find my own pics and drag them in using the above method. Amazon.com has images that are the perfect resolution and file size.

So, use Google images/amazon.

to have the get album artwork shit to work you have to have you cds named the same way they are on the itunes server. it has to match your album on your itunes with the album name in the database. if they match it gives you the cover if it doesnt then you have to rename the album to match or find the cover and manually put it on there.

I think we need to make a thread for cd covers becuase half of the underground bay shit isnt online, even the covers but a lot of people have them.

Click the first song and then hold shift and click the last song on the album and right click it and get info to have it go faster.

If you wanna do album at a time, the best way to do it is to isolate it. Type in the artist and album in the search bar and let that be the only album in your window. Then, click ONE song so it gets highlighted, go up to "edit" and choose "select all" (or hit CTRL+S) and now all the songs for that album are highlighted. Right click on any song (since they are now all highlighted), and ad album art that way. Now, every song on the album is tagged with the album art.

no, shift. It helps you highlight many files/folders at once.

Say you got a group of 12 songs all by the same artist all, same album. Highlight the first, hold down shift and click on the last. All in between should be highlighted.

From there head into File>Get Info, and you will be able to change the fields for all at the same time.

BTW, I did use a program called Corripio to find album art, but more importantly, locate the songs that didn't have album art.
