At some point one of them ended up using the gun that was originally registered in the body guards name. It got traced back to him. Being that he used to be in the CIA, the Feds offered him a deal. And asked him to go under cover. He says that he wasnt about to let T.I. and his boys have him doing time for them because they wanted to be hot.
