not to take away from yal event.

but there was also a great hip hop summit event in richmond california last night at contra consta college. great panel,wish i could name drop all of whom that were on there but it was

frontline (left,and lock) - left is really intellectual,smart cat,aswell as lock,i got to holla at left,he is a real koo cat,have much love for him,
j diggs mother (j diggs was also in the audience with a few cats from thizz nation (he also speaked a lil bit aswell)
dj juice

there was 3 more,but names are not with me,one of which is a professor at the college in the recording arts program,real koo cat.does alot for the community.

cellski came thru aswell, nice vibe,very positive,no problems, i was promoting the energy drink hunid racks.thanks for all the support!!.....i was also filming and taking photographs, shout out to "The Gift" thanks for the freestyle from you and your crew on camera,footage came out real nice btw. also shout out to the up incoming artist i was hollerin at aswell, rob g beats i believe his name was,he has some good production,still tryin to come up,look out for him/i believe he is from vallejo

there was also a meet n greet in richmond at the same time of this event
(6pm-8pm) with mac mall and some other cats from thizz,didnt have the chance to check it out...

oyea at the event at the college,bavgate was also there,and there was this male singer dont know his name but he was pretty good,i think he said he is signed to spice 1 new label,hes very good tho,i enjoyed it atleast

looking forward to the next one.....

Ya,good shot to Rich and Danny for puttin this together it was good to meet yall,I had to cut out early but otherwise it was a cool event.Alotta real folks out there that I see on this board and it was nice to actually put a face with em.

Sounds like everything was everything. . .Did a lot of people show up? Who performed? Was it any good magazines and/or CD's given out? If so, who's should I look forward too? And, I did say GOOD!!! Lol.

It was a good event, and just like anything it was the first one, so we have to keep working to spread the word and get more people involved. It's a Wednesday, yeah true, and yeah the weather was bad, but fuck it, if you're really trying to be in this business and learn it forreal, you need to attend events like this. Those that did come did get a lot out of it. I was glad to be able to participate in the panel, and the artists / producers / label people in attendance did very much appreciate us that did speak, and that made us feel like we did something right. I had a lot of people that came up and said they respected what we said on the panel, and people were just networking and spreading their names and product, and that's exactly what this is for.

Gotta keep it moving for the next one, stay tuned.
