During the Vietnam war, literally tens of thousands people (I think over 70,000) said FUCK YOU to the USA and dodged the draft. Because there were so many people, the majority did not get charged with a crime. Check your history books for more info.

Is there a certain age limit where they wouldn't draft you? To me it seems like you guys are saying the only way around this is to hope tons of people dodge the draft in order not to be charged with a crime or flea the country would be the only options.

there will probably never be another draft...theres alot of troops as is..

i dont think there would be another draft either but theres not alot of troops..it depends on the branch of the service. you ever heard of the blue to green program? the navy is overmanned right now and the army is undermanned. they are giving sailors rank and enlistment bonuses to get out the navy and join the army. i think the marines are still at decent manning levels though, the marines and army are the ones on the war front so thats who they're worried about recruiting.
