I don't know, I just find IT nails-on-the-chalkboard annoying these days. He's just too much of a douchebag for me to get into his music now. Still rock with Rev. 2 tho.

Well, pompous asshole would have been a better choice of words, but yeah. I don't need an angry little peruvian man talking down to me for an hour.

I don't think this is old material due to how clean his flow is on it, its improved tenfold. Unfortunately, his approach is wearing out for me, the lines are not as hard hitting as his Revolutionary Vol. 2 era.

Regardless this makes me hopeful for whatever he is making now, I just hope hes writing better than this.

I've seen the dude live in Amsterdam years ago, he put up a great show and seemed like one of the most humble "rap guys" i'v ever met, stayed for close to 2 hours after the show to write autographs and talk to his fans. You can criticize the fact that he's not really consistent with his releases, but dude being a douchebag? I don't think so. He's probably one of the most well-read/informed MC's we have in the game, it's just that he's trying to be more of a revolutionary than an MC, trying to make the people see through the bullshit we're fed by the society, making his music harder to digest than swag or mobb music.
