I always believed in god, and I also thought about others the same way as you do, and i thought that i was right, until i recognized that i was wrong - i was a hypocrite, a lost soul. And now I'm a Christian

I went to church once, for an ex girlfriends family many, many years ago. I felt the same way - everyone seemed fake as fuck. The whole experience was bizarre to me but then again, my skin felt like it was on fire and was releasing smoke. I'm also an Atheist so maybe that had something to do with it.

But I've also heard similar things from other Christians. You don't need to go to church to be religious. A lot of people do it because they think that makes them a good Christian, when the reality is being a "good christian" has nothing to do with going to church.

I think somewhere in the bibble it says something like "church is within you" or some shit.

There is also the belief that the modern church is a heretic creation:

“Nowhere nor in anything, except in the assertion of the Church, can we find that God or Christ founded anything like what churchmen understand by the Church.” – Leo Tolstoy

Yes, most Built Congregations are full of fake ass people. One of the best ways I've grown closer to God/Jesus, is to learn the bible myself with guidance and inspiration. Remember your body is the temple of God, and a congregation according to the bible is not necessarily a place to assemble in a built area. A congregation could be a few of your friends and family studying the bible. I don't discourage you from going to church anymore, but I feel you, hella fake ass people. It's like a front, or a front contest, who ever seems the nicest, is the truest "christian". I like to seem distant, why you ask? Because when I make myself seem distant by the clothes I wear or how I look in their eyes, then I know they aren't real. If I'm dressed like a gangster, shouldn't they still embrace me. The funniest thing about church is, when I'm dressed like a cholo, they get all surprised when they know how biblically sound I am. And the use of grammar and correct syntax. It's all good though. Keep ya head up homie, and never lose faith in God/Jesus.

Someone that shakes your hand pretending they like you.
Someone that uses the name of Christ to justify their own cause or wrong doing.
Someone that uses God to make Money for greed.
Someone that preaches falsehoods about the bible(false prophets).
Who is hating against the Body of Christ? I'm not, did you read anything from me saying, go away from Christ? NO! Just because I acknowledge the fact that there are fake christians in churches does not mean I'm hating the Body of Christ. If you know anything about "THE CHURCH OF GOD" it's not a physical assembly. WE AS A WHOLE, ARE THE CHURCH OF GOD.

Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even AS CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH

"Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints" (Rev. 19:7,8).

Please read the bible my friend, learn, embrace, and understand true meanings. Of course growing up you're going to think a church is an assembly of people inside of a temple or building. The foundation of the Church Jesus built was on man, not earth.

yeah, we as a whole are THE CHURCH of God, Every Christian! I know that.
But the members of these Churches you're talking about: There are of course true Christians besides hypocritic christians... So that's the positive thing. We should move the negative ones to the better, because judging some foolish hypocrits will not improve the situation.

You seem to be quite averse to "churches" (the different groups) in general, but that's just my impression... Do you think that's the will of God? He never wanted us to split up in different religious denominations, He wanted us to be one Church without missunderstandings. We failed again.

So we should be much more carful what we say about others, because most things will not advance Christianity.

Yes, it is true that "fake" people are present during church, by "fake" I assume people who feel obligated to go. I go to church every weekend, not because im fake and I go because I feel obligated as a believer of God/christ, but rather because I know that not all people in church are "fake" and that when my prayers and the prayers of others, in church, become one, then the energy of love that we have for our father becomes that much bigger. I know that when you go to church you should acknowledge everybody regardless, never look back to see if your best budy showed up with that girl you guys were talking about the day before. You should go to church ONLY to embrace God in an even deeper sence, for you are in a holy place, not the building, but the meaning of church, which is a celebration of prayer and love for our father because that celebration brings humanity together in the name of God.

Better Yet, worry about yourself and your relationship with God instead of the man sitting next to you. Don't mind him any business, just remember God is your number 1 Priority.

^^^^well summarized, worry about yourself, keep your head straight when in church and don't criticise the people who you think are "fake" or you'll make yourself hipocrite, let God be the judge of who is fake.....
