illustrator tuts

So ive been hooked on photoshop for a grip and kept hearing about and seeing some great work done in illustrator. So I looked into it and saw that alot of beautiful work can be done with it so I got it. As im working with it I cant help but know that Im skipping several steps that I dont know of. I can just tell. Is there a few good places for tutorials?

I checked a few of those out a few days ago but couldnt find a full site on illustrator tuts like photoshop has especially one a little like good-tutorials but for ill.
