illustrator colour problem

hello, i got a problem with colour settings, and would like some help. the problem is when i try to change a colour of a fill i move around the palette and some colours ppop up in right corner alet sign, which i dont know how to get rid of any ideas. thank you

but if u are working in CMYK.....
it appears the color u are trying to use is
"OUT OF GAMUT"
(type that in ya AI HELP search box)....
