We all know that Quinn has the most potential, hands down....

But thats not what I'm askin. If it was your choice to bring someone from the Underground Bay World to the Mainstream world who would you choose?

Messy Marv of Course...

catalog of 15 different tiltles plus he handles his business, always on the grind and Marv isn't scared to spend marketing dollars to ge to the next level, that's why he has Universal, Murder Inc., and several other labels looking at him now. Plus Marv owns his catalog which is worth plenty of capital. Major labels love to see that type of hunger. When I was with Priority Records, his name came up on several accassions but I never met Messy Marv until about a year ago and he showed me that he is determined.

Messy has my vote

I would pick up:

3X Krazy (they are the best trio ever to come out of the Bay)
Luniz (Yuk and Knum as still the best duo in the Bay)
San Quinn (going to blow up real soon)
E-40 (he's the top from the bay as far as a mainstream feel goes)
Balance (he's going to blow up soon)
Spice 1 (he's still got one tight album left in him)
B-Legit (he'll always sell a good number of records)
Cellski (one of the hardest working artists I've ever seen)

Any of those artists would be a good pickup for a record company.

Late!

San Quinn of course: he's in the guiness book of world records for being on over 300 albums!! he's hot right now, he's been hot in the bay since 94. common now, recognize the talent when it's there.

Messy marv as ninaonina explained, the guy spits heat and puts it down, doesn't give a fuck.

yuk and num together: deadly combo like quinn and marv.

other members of done deal for ex. willie hen and j-bailey.

cellski, taydatay and ea-ski

luniz, they are still young and they have been there in a major way. aint no one else can claim that, unfortunantly. like num said in uga , i got 5 on it is a super classic, only so many "super classics" in hip hop. everything u hear on the radio now is good for the moment, and might seem like they play it too much but it aint timeless. that joe buddens song that was getting played to death is already burnt out, they still play 5 on it at the clubs, nationwide.

and jt, if he gets his mind right, hes got hella potential as an underground and mainstream artist.
