^^^ yur right cops are human just like u and me, which means the feel the same kinda shit we feel... fustration, stress, irritation, etc. i honestly think if i was a cop, and u asked me the top question i'd say YEAH, NOT kill, SHOOT. just because i know how i am and i'd get tired of yall that shit real quick, i'd be a ruthless cop that doesnt take no shit, haha, which is why i will NEVER be a cop, but mayn ima real hood nigga, NOT a thug, just hood, i lived (and still do) in Hunters Point for 14 years (im 16), and i see everyday how these cops are, i kno damn well if they had the chance they'd pop a lot of people with the quickness, so they wont have to wrestle foos to the ground and all that shit 2 get em or chase em, im not saying ALL cops, but i kno prally most. earlier 2day at about 7 oclock pm. on the corner of 3rd & Hollister i almost got rapped up by the FEDS, and a good 3 or 4 looked like they wouldnt mine blappin it me, lol... but thats another story.
shit if cops could shoot niggas and not have to worry about gettin in trouble, they wouldnt be using tasers at all.

i dont think paperwork is what stops cops from shooting folks, its fear of going to the pen. ehy might be alot less likely than the average cat to get caught, but the consequences are far worse. now if you change the question to 'do you think more cops would shoot people if they wouldnt get arrested' then of course so, but more people in general would do the same, as has been said cops are people to, and alot of us (myself included) get all too heated at the individual people that are cops when bad shit happens, and not at the policies that encourage their behavior and create a culture that accepts it, which are set by a very selwect few higher ups in both police and government positions.
