Nickatina is fuckin G. he hella koo. my homie went to his autograph session in hayward and he approached my homie and he was like who got weed so they smoked him out. What other rapper u know comes up to u like that ...lol.

But anyways yeah i agree but as much I love bay area rappers i think we need to blow up the bay. Most people be talkin to much shit about people outta LA, New York, Atlanta, ect. Half those rappers dont even rap. Makin shit for the females and shit, its not even rap. Now the bay be throwing out sum straight slumpers. u can bump that shit anywhere, in ur whip or the club and everyone enjoys it. Do i think the bay should blow up? fuck yeah. Fuck rappers from LA ect. (still got love for em but id rather see the bay on the map) --- juss my 2 cents on this whole thing. :)

thatz on dat truth tip, mayn. bay rap is in itz own league and in another world. MTV and BET just can't understand and all we need to give them back in return is the middle finger. may be they can use it to clean out wax out of their earz cuz the bay in the kings of the underground hustle. yeah, i too been noticin' these mtv catz be doing a lot of "in love" tracks. the funny thing is, these east coast catz be rapping they be "in love" in the album and then bust a nut and do another video that they be a playa. playas never are in love wit a bitch, its all game. Bay Rap is all game and real.

that is ridiculous. how do U know who sells over 10,000 units in any side. a lot of the mom and pop record stores don't use soundscan system so no ego can't have an accurate count on how much any ATL cat sells in units. its more like an under the table count which there is no receipts , ego. the bay sells a lot and a lot isn't counted in soundscan cuz we be selling from the car trunk most of the time. for one thing. ATL and Houston got an upper hand cuz they are home to a lot of these POP labels that be pimpin their artists on MTV/BET under a "ATL indepedent label". one thing you don't know is that ATL independent label is partly owned by a major label and that label get distributed through the major label but under a indie label name, mayn. they want us to believe its indie so they can make us suckas that is underground but it ain't.

Come on dog, you don't have to lie to kick it. What did you and Kanye talk about? I find it hard to believe A Grammy winning artist would just be posted up talking to commoners like it's nothing in front of a major record label. Fans would rush him for autographs and all that. You make it like this is a regular occurrence. Any nigga pushin platinum or let alone holding a grammy would have to watch his or her back to the fullest. People will rob yo ass or try to hurt you just cause. I don't buy that.

its hard for other people to feel the bay for the same reason its hard for us to feel most New York shit.. its not our home.
when we hear tracks about smashin some 101 and the bay bridge and shit that hits home and we like that shit more

its music made by bay cats for bay cats.. makin it a little harder to blow.

I was just thinking how good we have it as fans that the bay isnt blown. How we are able to chop it up with dudes like Quinn, Federation, Ray Luv...all of 'em. When I went to that show at the Santa Rosa JC there was one dude sittin on the steps with Quinn choppin it up...one dude. You dont have a billion teenyboppers hounding these bay area superstars. Its more like a family type feel to it all. ..a beautiful thing how we've got it
nigga i saw san quinn over against the wall, i was one of the first one to notice him. i went up and met him, hes cool, signed a lil shirt for my homegirl. im not gonna have san quinn be right in front of me and not say whats up.

-the only reason more people didnt go up is because they were just there by coincidence. half of the people there didnt even know what was going on, just bored ass students
