Everytime it asks me for the "pin" on bluetooth, I just enter the same code for both phones (generally use 000). I dont think there is a specific PIN as much as its, the code entered needs to match on both devices.

***EDIT*** I meant four 0's

look around ur car....sometimes people who install the shit put a sticker wit the code sumwhere in ur car...u jus gotta find it. My acura needed a code to get the deck to work n the sticker ended up bein stuck into the inside of my glove box

dude i kno had his in the fuse box....

look around for a lil white sticker...

Try disconnecting the battery n put it back on. Do like 3 times fast u might be able to reset it. Then when u turn on the stereo don't play nothing. Not even the radio go straight to the menu n take it off demo mode. All kenwoods have it. U say u can listen to music but cant control the eq so it's on demo mode. If the security was on u would not be able to listen to nothing.
