It is his right to have what he wants in his signature. While I see where you are comming from you can't just say take it off.

If you have a problem with sigs (I have seen others with the same or worse than Stickys) Go into user cp on the main page. Go to edit options. Scroll down to Thread Display Options and un-check show signatures (you can also un-check avatars and other images if you wish). Make sure to click Save Changes on the bottom or it will just stay the same. That is the easiest way to avoid these types of situations.
