I need some tech help

I'm trying to post one of my tracks off real player and shits not working. Can somebody tell me how to turn it into a mp3 file or another solution.

Aight you got real player or windows media player? you gotta do a process called "ripping" the tracks from the disc. Usually on real player or windows media player there is a button that says something similar to "save tracks". After you get the song to a digital format file on your computer (mp3, wav) you need to upload it to a website that can host this file for it to be able to be played by people on the net (soundclick).
