i need help with this here western civilization paper

i don't give a shit if i'm asking for help on siccness, i'm just hoping that there's a breh out there willing to help out a breh in need...



so i got a 5-6 page paper due at the end of the week, based on an influential figure discussed in my class, and i must explain the following:

-how this individual was influenced by previous history
-how this individual influenced his or her own time
-how this individual's legacy has extended into the current era

this person can be influential in different manners- political, religious, aesthetic, military, etc...

among the people people that were discussed in my class were:

-alexander the great
-cicero
-constantine
-augustus
-marcus aurelius
-hadrian


i'd be greatly appreciative of any help/suggestions, i'm trying to get this done asap.

best thing to do would be to spend about a half hour reading on each of those people, pick the one that you find the most interesting cause ultimately the more interested you are the better your paper is going to be. then when you pick the person, spend a lot more time reading up on that person, at least an hour of reading per page you're going to write, use several different sources, and take notes. at that point the paper will virtually write itself

I would take Constantine, because he was the first Christian Roman emperor. So you can write a lot about his influence on Religion etc.

i was just going to say that too.
ultimately if you read up on all of them youd probably find that each one would be easiest to write in different sections; for instance the general emperors would be easiest to write on how they influenced their current time but may be harder to elaborate on how they influence our current time.

well you shouldnt really ever use wikipedia.org as an official source on a paper unless your professor explicitly states that its ok, and you can back it up with several other academic sources, but it can help give you a starting point

Wiki is great though because you can look in to where they sourced their material from in the notes, external links, etc. I wish that shit was around when I was in school still.

most professors can EXTREMELY EASILY check papers for plagerism, they dont even have to type anything they can just scan the paper and have a program do it for them. and most schools immediately expel you from school if youre caught plagiarizing. totally not worth it
