im at work right now and just cussed my supervisor out so i might be unemployed tomorrow. this shit is crazy. i been through so much shit w/ these muthafuccas, pride hasnt been an issue w/ me... i've humbled myself awhole lot, anybody who knows me would tell you that. this bitch just dont like me and shes always comin at me sideways bout some shit i have no control over. i was tryin to explain to her why the shit wasnt signed and she gonna tell me i need lose my attitude and the chip on my shoulder... lol@ i told that bitch ill put your head through that fuccin wall

i probably wont even get fired cause i been working here for awhile...im talkin about yrs.. i did threaten her though, that what makes it all bad, but fucc it though im not really trippin.. well see what happens, if i do get fired though im gonna get faded.. im coppin some pills, a 5th of hennessy, and im puttin purple in the air.. ive been clean cause i have to take random piss tests but its nothin

yeah they call your work and get there side,they also call you for your side.alot of the times from what the job says they'll deny you,but then they give you the option to appeal it.when you appeal it you go to a hearing.my boy got fired cus some bitch said he stole a phone,he was selling cellular phones.they called his job and they told'em thats why they fired him.he got denied,he appealed,he went to the hearing and now he kicks back while he gets paid............

250 a week and i took no taxes out cuz i had it rigged to where i wouldnt have to pay taxes this year haha fuck teh government....so its was enough to live plus my old lady works so it was coo but its time to get off my lazy ass and back to work!

thats on you bro.your the one complainin bout gettin fired.my boys getting 3 or 4 somethin a week,i know hes getting the maximun.he gettin that for like 10 months.if you dont like that option then suck it up and take your bosses shit or get a new job.it pretty simple...........

You can only collect unemploment if you are layed off.
Your job field must also be lacking in demand.

You get 16 weeks, or until your benefits run out. From there you can ask for an extension if you go to training. CA currently isnt paying for EDD training, so you have to pay for it on your own.

Its nothing to live off of though. The MAX you can collect is 1500 a month, but you have to make 50k plus to hit that bracket.

I believe you will get fired, especially if that lady was in the position to tell you what to do in the first place (manager, supervisor etc). If you don't, then you know you are a valuable assett to the company and can get away with other things.

Oh ya, they wont fire you until your pay period is up. The bad thing is that tommorow is Friday and that is when the majoirty of companies let people go. Statistically it is easier on the employees, becuase they have the weekend to look forward to.
