I think the reason Dice hasn't got his "dues" in KC is because nobody really knows much about him. There is a lot of people who thought his shit on Grant Rice's Empire Mix Tape was his first raps. They didn't even know about the 7 Figures album. But Dice is on that next tier of rappers in KC after Tech, Rich, FT and The Popper in my opinion.
