yeah, people dont just stumble into south east..and thats what i think makes it a community driven area in some senses...alot of people will live in south east and never even leave the area..vice versa alot of people north of downtown will rarely find the need to go south of downtown, unless they have friends there.
its not like everyones dead in south east and its a ghost town

cuz honestly, if a person hasnt been all over san diego, IMO, they dont and cant have an opinion on it.
and i aint ever been to seattle, so personally you know..i cant speak on that shit...whether theres comparisons or not.

no one does that you either come to buy property or buy drugs or you know someone southeast is way out of the way to everyone else in san diego..especially with gas prices

if you come to the ghetto to buy drugs you run the risk whether youre here or in hawaii
but outside the small scope of violence and poverty the reality is, more than 3/4ths of the area are middle class working families...whether theyre mindstate is ghetto or not...there is actually money in southeast...and we'll see that more as the gentrification is pushed east of park avenue...
right across the street from the euclid trolley station where people USED TO get fucked up on a daily basis, people shop for groceries..theres even a black owned creole resteraunt that many people in south east come to eat a bowl of gumbo to some jazz music..
that shopping center is always packed..
all im saying is look around...theres a change happening here..
and its not going to overlook southeast..
