lol.....our IT people are like that....they never get shit done and then they're pissed if you bring that shit up.....I had an instance where I kept saying the different things wrong with the computers and every time they'd come in before my shift and leave as I get there and tell me "we fixed it".....I'd notice the shit wasn't fixed, so I sent a detailed e-mail of what exactly was wrong and this foo got all heated cuz I was "telling him what to do" and he didn't like the "tone" of my e-mail.
