Maybe if the bay would put out some quality and ORIGINAL music instead of tryna to be like every other region we'd get some recognition. I agree with you a %100 its sad that we have to depend on people we did 15years ago, its time for some new breed its like the FRISCO GIANTS depending on BARRY BONDS to be in the lineup for them to be great in a baseball season, we actullay need to be behind these new up in coming artist to me the bay needs MESSY, BALANCE, MISTAH FAB ETC those are people we ned to shine and YA BOY regradless who he is signed wit we need to get behind these people and not people that are gonna hit they 40's?

I said this shit two years ao. I told everybody to take one or two Bay Artists and get them on 106th and Park or BET or something and support it. I was also the one that sparked calling the radio and requesting a song from each independent label every week to get the numbers up. I did it on the the raptalk board though and folks were being selfish there too.

If you are an artist and it's your livelihood you need to support your boy E40 and the Hyphy Movement as a whole, not meaning you have to love it just support it and then the nation can take a long look at the Bay and see what else we have to offer.

We are being looked at Heavily if 40 does numbers then we all get on the bandwagon and Ride!!!!!!!!!1 We have to support ESPECIALLY the artist with Deals(e-40, The Team, Big Rich,) but the Bay Period! The South got put on because their region Supports them they got put on totally by soundscans and We are getting put on right based on BDS radio spins So QUIT ALL THE KMEL BASHING!! VON, along with Mind Motion, Rick Lee and Scotty Foxx has single handley got the light on us. But Labels still say well its just a regional thing becuz they pull the soundscan and be like what the fck?? Ma I get more people to Mission Rock than some of these artis Sell! people just still don't seem to understand, read and interpret what Chuck is saying. He's not saying support an album or an artist that you don't like, but he is saying support this and this movement right now because it is a hump that we need to desperately get over and it WILL lead to much bigger and better things if we can come together and contribute to the success of 40's project. Whether you like it or not, 40 IS THE JUMP OFF TO EVERYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO HAPPEN. If he does well, that opens the door to everybody else you wish was in the forefront, like Turf Talk, F.A.B., Quinn, Mess, Balance, Federation, Team, Ya Boy, etc etc etc......

Let me pose this question, first of all, across the country and the world, right now rap wise, E-40 and Too $hort are our biggest and most well known artists, if we cannot support them and their projects and help to make them successful by finally being unified, what possibly makes you think they will take a chance on supporting someone they haven't heard of and don't know yet, like a Quinn, F.A.B., etc.....

And for all of you downtalking the album and the single, and wishing it was Keak blowing up, just take a look and can you imagine how much GREAT EXPOSURE Keak Da Sneak is getting from this, from being on this single, and what it will ultimately do for his already big career that was on the verge of blowing anyway??
