One of my boys is a program director at Serius Satelite radio in New York he hit me up last night to ask for Mac Dre's 5 best songs for the tribute they were doing for him later that evening. I gave him my opinion of a top 5 list....and then he said, would it be cool if he gave my number and email to a couple of the DJ's and they hit me up once in a while to see what is crakin in the bay..... well see what happens but its cool to see them making an effort to see whats up in the Bay!!

Now before anyone disagrees with my top 5, first it was my opinion and i been a Mac Dre fan since my days of calling and requesting "so Hard for the Radio" on KSOL in like 89-90 but i also knew people listening may be new to Dre and Finally i wnated to give the Djs songs that they had or could find...cause I wasnt sure if they had all the compilation records etc etc....finally i ahd to give the list in like 2 minutes cause they were prepping for the show.....
1) Too Hard for the Radio
2) Feeling My Self
3)California Living
4)Thizzle Dance
5)Get Stupid

We all know there are way too many to choose, looking over now, i should have had Stay on my toes......
what would your top 5 be ????????

yay collapopper - Those 5 songs are dope, good picks! Yea like you said, "there are way too many to choose"..........5 songs isn't enough if you think about it. just glad you mixed it up! :)

i heard it yesterday on shade 45, the top 5 they put were like
1. fellin myself
2. too hard for the radio
3. thizzele dance
4.doo doo dumb
5.get stupid

then they had a little interview with mistah fab on the phone... and some people from across the nation called and said they never heard dre's stuff and now they gonna buy the albums..

it was good to hear bay area tribute on national satellite radio

i did the same 4 the XMOR BALZIN 98.9 in san diego...i sent them dudes 23 mac drizzle songs. My dude out there, Bennie Seagul played about 30mins worth of Dre music
