I got JACKED on ebay, Wut can i do?

i understand all that, but ive bought other stuff days after that an already got it, an i can understand that sometimes shit is slow, but the guy told me he mailed it within 48 hrs after i paid, an after reading his feedback i feel that i was ripped off, i dont think im overreacting it would be different if he would answer my emails, 3 emails 3 days in a row and no reply

I would be a little concerned, but don't give up! Like Grim said, some people only use the PO once or twice a week. I ship stuff constantly and I have had rare occurences of packages taking a month to deliver. Who knows why exactly, but it has happened. If you happened to buy the day after he usually ships, your package could take a week extra. I don't know. Keep emailing him and hope everything works out.
