I have to choose between

Rob Base - It takes two
UTFO - If you dont want to get pregnant
Digital Underground - Shimmy Shimmy Cocoa pop
Ice Cube - Bitch
NWA - Always into somethin..

A kid my age back then shouldnt have been listening to this so I was corrupted at a young age by my cousins and uncles. My Dad used to bump Ice Cube in his 5.0... damn.

Fell in love with hip hop at a young age, when Mobb Deep, Dre, Snoop, Nas, WU Tang, Biggie were in there primes. I started to despise hip hop maybe in '04, like with all the silly beefs and shit.
The once, Pimp C died, I realized I would never willingly listen to any rap ever again. Except for the 90's stuff, no rap makes me feel shit anymore and it's a shame cuz I really used to like it :(

The whole stop snitching bullshit, the whole thing of people repping there gangs so blatantly ( good message for the young kids who listen to this garbage, right? ), and just in general of all these rappers acting like, and making impressionable people believe that it's cool to be a thug/gangster/murderer/drug dealer. And I see it's effect cuz half the ppl on this site think that shit is cool and I can tell they really buy into it.

Like I said in the Wayne thread, I truly feel as if hip hop has/is gone down the tubes for good, excpet for small forums like this that will keep it alive, but it's really for the best imho.
